Thank you for choosing Jmood! Here’s all you need to know about our delivery and returns process.

Delivery

  1. Shipping Locations
  • We currently deliver across the United Kingdom only.
  1. Delivery Times
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method chosen at checkout:
    • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
    • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
  1. Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees depend on the delivery option selected at checkout and will be displayed before completing your purchase.
  1. Delivery Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Returns

  1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  1. Non-returnable Items
  • Customized products, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned.
  1. How to Return
  • Contact us at hello@jmood.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll provide instructions on where to send your return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  1. Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged items).
  1. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@jmood.co.uk.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds
