At Jmood, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s what you need to know about returns and refunds.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Non-returnable items: Customized products, gift cards, and items bought on sale are not eligible for return.

2. How to Return

  • Email us at hello@jmood.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we’ll send instructions for returning the item to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Refunds

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged items).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@jmood.co.uk.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary. Then, feel free to reach out to us for further assistance.
